Instructional Coaching

I would like to work with teachers in my building to coach them in instructional and literacy-based strategies to increase instructional effectiveness. 

Co-directing High School Theatre

I would love the opportunity to co-direct high school or community theatre! 

Obtaining a degree in Educational Leadership

The more opportunities I have to coach teachers, the more I am interested in obtaining a degree in educational leadership. I am not interested in the responsibilities nor the title of an administrator, but to be able to coach my colleagues more effectively is important to me. 

Developing a virtual technical library and/or Obtaining a degree in Library Science

When I considered which master's degree to pursue first, one of my thoughts was a master's of media literacy. I have a strong desire to equip this generation with high quality information and tools that will benefit them in the classroom as they prepare for a future career.
